Producer/director Petter Lindblad at Snowcloud Films, and his co-director Alexander Rönnblad, needed a concept artist for their 360 VR-film, to replace artist Ola Larsson.
I created multiple concepts for the setting in the style that Ola had set, dark, visible paint strokes, dystopian, with splashes of color. I suggested camera angles and solutions, for example the framing of the final shot where earth is below us as the ships take off into space, and Petter gave direction and feedback. I also did concepts for the fleet of space ships and the raft.
The concepts below were all created by me and you can see screenshots from the final film as well, a recently released trailer and the poster with my name on it :) along famous Swedish actor Pernille August who did the Voice-over.
The film will be have its world premiere in March of 2020 at the Cinequest Film and Creativity Festival in San Jose, California.
